Applicant must show excellent communication and organizational skills, an ability for networking and self promotion, and possess a proactive and positive attitude. Experience in commercial real estate transactions, and extensive knowledge of the Providence and Boston Commercial markets is required, though current licensure as a realtor is not necessary. Additional life, education and or work experience in related fields preferred.
