Experience in commercial real estate transactions, and extensive knowledge of the Providence and Boston Commercial markets is required, though current licensure as a realtor is not necessary. Additional life, education and or work experience in related fields preferred.

Assistant Position Open
Geo Properties is currently seeking to hire a part-time assistant for its Providence office. Applicant's must show excellent organizational and bookkeeping skills, a proactive and positive attitude, and be available up to 10 hours per week, flexible hours. Compensation up to $15.00 per hour, experience depending. College Students are welcome to apply, however access to a car is necessary.
